I offer personal training in Tralee, County Kerry. As an experienced personal trainer who has fought a personal weight loss battle, and won, I offer personal training with a purpose.
During your initial consultation, we’ll sit down and find out more about You. What You are looking to gain from the personal training experience. We’ll identify the things that are holding you back, and the things that help you excel. We’ll figure out where you want to go, and what steps can be taken to get you there.
I understand that you're probably not 'into fitness', which is why I keep things simple. You won't have to learn hundreds of complicated moves. Most people need less than 10 simple exercises to get the job done, and many will see results from as little as 4 minutes per day.
