Have you read any of my earlier posts which touch on the subject of what success means, such as this one? In them i talk about about establishing a suitable work/life balance. In this next short video Nigel Marsh talks about the same subject, but with great use of humour. It's worth a look, and it's definitely an idea worth spreading.
