Here's the 2nd in the 500 calorie lunch/dinner series. Like yesterday, you get a main course and a side, so by the end of the series you'll have a selection to choose from and you'll be able to mix & match to suit your own tastes and nutrition needs on a given day.
Today, its a lightly spiced salmon main with peppers (305kcals), and a side of toasted cumin rice(180kcals).Enjoy!
