"I don't have time" is a common reason given for not getting any exercise. To be honest, most of the time it's not a lack of time, but lack of planning of our time that holds us back. Unfortunately, not everyone has regular schedule, which can make time management more challenging. Even so, everyone can find 4 minutes a day to improve their health and wellbeing. So with this in mind, here's the first in a series of 4 minute, no equipment workouts to help get you started.
Do whatever version you're able for, and as you get stronger and fitter, work towards doing a more challenging version. There's a new workout coming to the blog every Tuesday. If you want to get them a day earlier, follow me on facebook.
