It's great to have a long term goal, but 'today' is the only day where shit gets done! 'Tomorrow' is a mythical place where productivity & dreams go to die. Put aside some time today and just get it done: Even if it's only 5 minutes of exercise, any exercise is better than no exercise.
Never let the fear of 'not getting it perfect' stop you from doing things a little better. Perfect is unsustainable and probably unattainable (because it keeps changing), but we can always do a little better.
