We all have an internal story of who we are, of all the things we “can’t” do, and of how we aren’t fit/strong/thin/flexible/smart/rich/whatever enough.
The problem is this story is usually based on our least successful moments; it’s more of a ‘poor history’ than a biography; it doesn’t reflect your capabilities, or the strengths you’ve gained through those tough times.

What could you gain if you open yourself up to who you might be?
